"Breakfast had hot food options which we appreciated, scrambled eggs and some type of sausage each day. Parking seems small but we always found a spot no matter how late we got back. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious and cleaned every day while we were there. Thank you! "

"There was good and bad. The good included free shuttle to and from disneyland, as well as free parking on their property, and free wifi. The bad is a longer list. The whole building needs remodeled, there were stains on every carpet, paint peeling on walls, cracked floors, loose baseboards and more. The free breakfast was fine if your stay was one night but anymore nights than that it was bland and repetitive, eggs were runny and porridge was bland, and there was no other protein available in the 4 mornings we ate. The worst of the worst was they told me the accept cash deposits when I called in for immediate return once checked out but when I got there they said it had to be put on a card, then with the deposit we saw a double charge (so they took from our vacation spending 215) when we wanted the issue corrected we were told it was an issue because I gave them two different cards and that we wouldnt be reimbursed until we checked out (it was so unfortunate since our vacation was on a strict budget). I encourage you to do research and see if there are other options that might suit your needs better and if you need to stay here just prepare for possible let downs"

"Dear Hotel Staff, I would like to share my recent experience at your hotel. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant stay. Around 10:30 pm, we found a cockroach in our room, which made it very uncomfortable for me to sleep. Although we were moved to another room, the situation had already affected our overall experience. I kindly suggest improving cleanliness and paying closer attention to the condition of the rooms. Also, better customer service and care for guests would make a big difference. Thank you for your attention. I hope this feedback helps improve future stays for your guests."
