"After a difficult experience with the shuttle from the airport to the hotel (which is NOT the fault of the hotel), I wasn't able to get in my room. Thankfully, Mario intervened immediately and got the situation resolved quickly and efficiently. Mario is an asset to your organization. My room was very clean and comfortable. I would consider staying here again."

"Good value. What you are meant to do on arrival is confusing Park the car in the public garage next door and try to find the hotel lobby. Poorly signposted and very unusual. There is no baggage drop or drive up lobby entrance. Once over that, it was a good stay"

"The Omni LA is magical. From being located on the same landing as the Angels Flight Railway and just across the street from the Grand Central Market and countless museums and concert halls you can not have better placement. The location right next to Pershing Square makes travel to Universal, the Academy museum, even the new Lucas Museum of Narrative Art, effortless."
