"What i liked: fast and easy check-in. Fast room service. What i didn't like: The very loud whistling sound from having too much positive air pressure in the hallways. Having to put wet towels under the door and weighing them down with my luggage to stop the high pitched whistle. The other guest having g to slam their door to close it due to too much positive pressure. I had a meeting early Friday morning but I was awakened on multiple occasions throughout the night because some guest are young and were out enjoying the nightlife. The mattress was not a "good hotel matress". First time ever I missed my own mattress. The bathroom was very tacky. It looks like those 90's motel rooms with a jacuzzi and marbled granite tiles. The shower head was coming off the wall. The toilet was way too high up... The food is overpriced. I ate dinner at Yama in the lobby. The dozen oysters hadn't been scrubbed and were full of shell pieces. The sauce for the scallops was rich and buttery. Were the scallops from Hokkaido as advertised?... Maybe. But they were tiny. I decided to cut my losses as I was about to order the lobster spaghetti but decided to order a burger by room service. The burger was ordinary. Breakfast was eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. It was good but too salty. Honestly, you can get much better everything for the price they charge for a corner room on the top floor. I feel ripped off. Luckily, I changed to a proper hotel. Vogue looks good but isn't. Final consensus."

"This was a solid hotel in an ideal location. We arrived at all of our destinations around Montreal in about 10-15 minutes. We walked to the port, China town, TimeOut Market, and Little Portugal. We had good meals and enjoyed the area. We parked using the hotel lot and it was challenging. First, it is another hotels parking lot that they apparently share. It’s attached to the Delta which is a crossed the street. To access the lot you had to go around to the back and walk back up a hill to this hotel. It wasn’t a deal breaker but also wasn’t something we should have been charged $25/day for. Second, if you have a large car you may have issue. Lastly, the lot fills up quickly and there is no alternative. Breakfast was average. No hot foods unless you count toast. There was plenty available and the area was kept very clean. The staff was on top of any mess or depleted items. The only real negative was the elevator. There are only two and it is a pretty active hotel. It reminded me of a cruise ship after returning from an excursion. Always plenty of people waiting and there are only two tiny lifts. I do plan to return to this same location for the Jazz festival in June."

"Spacious and clean rooms. Location is central to shopping areas and nice restaurants. Quiet hotel. The front desk staff was quite accommodating the day we checked in. Due to flight delays we got to the hotel outside the check in time. My husband and I got there about 10am got breakfast close by and came back to wait and they saw how spent we were and was able to get us a room for us to rest. I can't say thanks enough as we were traveling a day with no sleep. Thanks to these wonderful front desk staff. Each day housekeeping cleaned our rooms and refreshed towels and coffee. There is a little kitchenette that was helpful as we stayed 6 nights as part of my birthday celebrations. Wonderful front desk staff always helpful, personable and professional. Great value for money too. Thanks for a great stay guys!!!!"
