It’s a five-star hotel. But staff service is really slow. It took them more than a hour to bring some take-out boxes to room. The room does not have good sound insulation. You could hear your neighbour. And you could hear slamming doors loudly. The concierge is short-staffed. No one comes to help you with your baggage. Overall it’s an overrated hotel.

We had a fantastic stay here in February, they went above and beyond to make our time there enjoyable. There was a big snowstorm one day while we were there - managed to get out for a bit before it got bad otherwise not a bad place to get stuck indoors!
