"Front desk was intentionally reluctant to provide some basic service. I found that disappointing because I've stayed there several times in winter 25/26 and I found this hotel quite good. I won't go into details but just ask staff to step it up DO THE JOB properly. One word - pillows."

Only a few small things, kept it from being perfect, like housekeeping knocking at 830 am, the tub bath stopper not working, our key cards kept deactivating and when we went to order room service and called down 2 times no one answered.
