"The wifi did not work and there was no laundry as advertised. The room i stayed in had constant loud banging sounds from the room the table was broken and the bed frame also broken and scratched my leg causing it to bleed; but i was able to switch rooms the second day. The road one street down is under construction so no cars could get through to the actual location. The cleaning staff were very nice, about half the office staff were nice, the others were somewhat rude and annoyed to speak...

"The apartment was very well located close to all ferries, buses and restaurants. It was spacious and had all the basic requirements - full kitchen, TV, wifi, clean and quiet. Ben (the owner) was easy to talk to through VRBO or WhatsApp. Would recommend and stay again."

"Very large apartment, very clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay. Collect key from Relax hotel 5 mins away but no great issue. Tiled floor means lots of noise coming down from room above - kitchen chairs being moved by folk returning 2am created alot of noise. earplugs meant a decent night sleep/"

""Pool" is tiny, not big enough to swim in, more a plunge pool. Long, black hairs in the bed on arrival (I have short, brown hair). Hairs and stains and scuff marks on the sofa and chair. Wallpaper damaged, squeaky bed, towel rail broken in one bathroom, shower rail broken in the other. Kettle didn't work. Crockery was a mish mash, much of it was plastic picnicware. Could easily all have been fixed by a handyman in half a day. Apartments right below the Cittadella where the clock chimes loudly...

"The two apartments are spacious, clean and situated near both local amenities and Bugibba itself. The apartments were quiet and felt very safe for our range of ages (5 to 57). The sea view was lovely. Milena was great and very helpful when we needed to leave our bags due to a late departure. I would highly recommend the apartments."

"First time in Malta. A one month winter holiday. This spot was exactly what we two Canadian seniors hoped for. A genuine neighbourhood, close to bus and ferry, very comfortable space for us to feel like locals for our month. The terrace and view were superb. We love ships and there was always activity to see in the Grand Harbour. Daniel was quick to answer and address any questions. His Dad, Joseph, met us in the church square and guided us to the apt and showed us all that we needed to know....

"We were here in July and we baked. The coin operated air conditioner is in the bedroom only and the rest is fans. The apartment is 3m wide by 30m long, so the AC definitely won't work on the space outside the bedroom. The description in Expedia is inaccurate. There is no laundry, no shop, no garden, no onsite parking, and bring your own shampoo. There is a gas range, oven, microwave and small fridge. "Very basic accommodation although we found everything we needed was there. Spotless clean towels and bedding, as was the apartment. Staff at the property so helpful and friendly. Building work going on right next to the apartment block but atm I dont think there are many hotels/apartments in Qawra/Bugibba that havent got building work going on by them....."
