"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lovely hotel & staff very efficient, friendly & helpful. Gigi the lady who checked us in was very helpful.
Unfortunately the sink in the bathroom was very slow to empty, if we’d stayed more than one night I would have got it looked at. The shower doesn’t have a door as such & the water goes all over bathroom floor which could make it slippery, it either needs a door or the shower tray should be deeper. But apart from that I would recommend this hotel. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice & variety. "

Its location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk from the train station, making travel hassle-free. Plus, having a supermarket only 50 meters away was incredibly convenient for daily essentials. "This property is great. About 10-12min walking to Buckingham palace, 15min to Big Ben. Great location with food around. Train station around the corner and a lot of cabs. Highly recommend the breakfast option during your stay because it is a game changer. Buffet style breakfast restaurant access from 7-10:30 during your stay which made it convenient not having to look for food in the morning to get your day started. "
