"Outstanding hotel "

"Shuttle service is highly unreliable and no matter how many times messages sent via watsapp still did turn up to airport Poolside good area breakfast terrible nothing hot that should have been hot and nothing cold that should have been cold Restaurant exorbitantly expensive $45 for a club sandwich Staff were helpful however I would not stay here again ever "

"It’s few miles from the airport but they provide a free shuttle which takes a few minute to get to the airport. For the price and convenience it’s a solid choice for transit or for connecting flights."

"I don't think the air conditioner worked in my room - although it obviously had one. It was hot and I couldn't get the room any cooler. Windows didn't open as in other Chilean hotels I stayed at. Other than that, this was a nice hotel and convenient for the airport. The free shuttle runs 24 hours, you just have to let them know what time you need. The restaurant was convenient but just regular bar/grill type food. This is a standard convenient-for-the-airport type of hotel. Everyone was friendly and courteous and they allowed me early check in. I chose a Chilean chain rather than an American chain, which there were plenty of on the same block - but I couldn't help wondering if they would have been better (i.e. cooler) or if the lack of adequate air conditioning thing is just typical for the area. "
