"I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this hotel was a big disappointment. From the moment you walk in, there is an unpleasant smell in the lobby. The chairs look dirty, as if people were standing on them, and the carpets are stained. The walls—especially near the elevators—are visibly dirty and poorly maintained. The room itself also had a bad smell and did not feel clean at all. What’s frustrating is that the hotel actually has potential—it seems relatively new—but it’s clearly not being managed or maintained properly. Overall, this was not an acceptable experience and I would not stay here again."
