Absolutely fabulous hotel. Would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Santiago. Excellent location but it is the staff who really make this property shine. From the moment you pull up out front and the gentlemen greet you, to reception, to the staff in the restaurant - every single one is professional, competent, warm, kind and genuinely invested in ensuring you have a fabulous stay.

Highly recommended - best option for Santiago. Elegant and simple in the heart of Santiago. Great sleep, large bathroom, breakfast al fresco in urban area. Pool is small but fun and relaxing after a day of excursions. Great bar, delicious food.

The Singular hotel and staff made my 2 night stay enjoyable and memorable. Beautiful hotel and the breakfast was one of the best. Rooftop bar is also worth visiting and the lobster empanadas were delicious! Staff were extremely helpful to organise tours in my short stay and highlights to Vina del Mar and Valparaiso. I do recommend the walking tour in the Lastarria neighbourhood, Margarita is amazing!

Fabulous stay at the Singular Santiago. I wanted to be close to the culture of Santiago without sacrificing any luxury and this hotel checked every box. I also looked into the W and Mandarin Oriental but I felt that they were in an area away from the cultural epicenter. Plus I had read some reviews that those properties needed renovations. I am so glad I booked at The Singular Santiago! Walkable to many great restaurants in the surrounding several blocks where the culture comes alive at night with lots of outdoor dining options. Standouts were the service (thanks Martin (concierge) and David (bellman) for going above and beyond!) Hotel room with all the amenities was a comfortable retreat after being out in the Santiago heat all day. A speciality cocktail by the pool with views of sprawling Santiago was a treat. On a clear day you can see the snow capped Andes. I can’t speak to the dinner at the hotel restaurant as I ate off property each night, however breakfast each morning was great and again first class service. Singular Santiago made my birthday trip one to remember. Thanks again!
