Lovely small boutique hotel on a quiet street close to restaurants and subway. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast each morning was delicious. The rooms were clean - and comfortable. We would highly recommend this welcoming boutique hotel.

Beautiful historic building, beautifully maintained. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed the common spaces and thoughtful touches like free coffee, tea and cake and a cold bottle of water on arrival. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, walking distance to many highlights in San Santiago and only minutes from the subway.

It’s a beautiful old house so the floors are creaky but the room with 2 beds is very spacious with a desk, wardrobe, and very high ceilings. An enjoyable experience all around with attentive staff.

Property was really good and hosts were really helpful and friendly. Different from your classic hotels, it is a charming old building but very well maintained. Room was bigger than normal and bathrooms had all the amenities. They prepared pretty good breakfast for us every day as well. Very close to the main street and metro station. If I am not wrong there are some nightclubs nearby as well. However this section of main street and even alleys were very deserted during most of our stay which was on a weekend. But 15-20 minutes walk towards east and you get to more lively area.

Centrally located and really very charming. The customer service was excellent as was the included breakfast. One note is that for security purposes the staff let you in and out each time which was not inconvenient, just something to note.

LOVELY couple runs this boutique gem. Wonderful personal service with breakfast & late check out & sharing family photos. They’ve put so much love & care into this sanctuary in busy Santiago.

Hotel Boutique Casa Conde is a lovely place to stay and I would recommend it above anyplace in Las Condes. It's a B&B style hotel in a beautifully restored building in a quiet neighborhood downtown. I was served a delicious breakfast while my host played classical guitar. I will definitely stay there next time I go to Santiago. The rooms are small but I didn't mind that one bit.

It is absolutely amazing. This hotel and staff treat you like family. They will bend over backwards to provide excellent service. They go beyond the extra mile to assist you. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. Security is top priority. The hotel is located close to central Santiago , so you can walk. However, the location is a quiet and safe street. Great location. We were SO pleased and happy with this hotel. Breakfast was included and very tasty.

Flavia at the property helped make our vacation. She greeted us at midnight with our late flight. She secured taxis and ubers for early excursions. She greeted us with a smile when she made our breakfast each day and the food was great.

Warmest Chilean welcome you could hope for

From the outside you could almost miss this hotel but it is a true gem in Santiago. The interior gives you a true Santiago experience, transporting you to a world of poets and lazy siestas. The owners and staff are a delight and go above and beyond to help you, even if their English is not the best. The surrounding area is safe and walkable and adds to the authenticity of the experience of staying here. Cannot recommend enough.

The Casa Conde is a charming, historical building. We were on 3rd floor and had to carry our luggage upstairs - good workout! The room was very quaint and clean. Unfortunately it didn’t have air conditioning or a television set. We missed the a/c as it was hot during our visit. Breakfast was provided and was very well done.

Different and good

We stayed here at the beginning and end of our Chilean trip. Not your average hotel - no tv or AC, but an elegant old home in an interesting area. Having to call staff to enter or exit seemed a possible problem, but the staff were invariably prompt, even when we had a 4 am departure. Nice to have a cup of tea or cold water in the afternoon in the beautiful old dining room. Staff consistently friendly and helpful.

Small, family run hotel conveniently located in downtown Santiago within five minutes walking distance to the Republica Metro station and Los Heroes Metro station, which is also the terminus of the Centropuerto bus from the airport. The hotel is a restoration by the owners and the rooms were spacious, quiet and very comfortable. Breakfasts were amazing, continental in style but the individually cooked ham and eggs, including the Casa Conde eggs cooked by the owner Alfredo were exceptional. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our two stays. Everyone greeted us like we were family and went out of their ways to help us and made our stays that bit more memorable and personal. If you like small hotels with personality and charm, I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Santiago.

Okay, honest review - if you are looking for the following: - fancy flat screen tv - air conditioning (temperature when we were there was 34 degree C) - in room coffee/tea facilities then this isn’t the hotel for you. On the other hand if you want: - the personal touch from the most helpful, friendly and informative staff I’ve ever met in a hotel - staff with excellent English - an immaculately clean, quirky and individual hotel - convenience for some great restaurants - a hotel dog!! then this IS the place for you 😀 I’d highly recommend this place for your stay in Santiago.
