The staff were amazing. Rooftop bar has fantastic views over Santiago, very clean room with amazing views over the city and the breakfast was quality. Just to make a point, the staff are really good and super helpful.

My stay was great. This is a perfect business hotel, but very well situated with the new shopping mall below with many food options. Only comment I would recommend is that the breakfast be improved.

Fridge was awful, it didn't work at all. Pillows were very uncomfortable but bed was OK. Check-in was very slow. Location was great, next to the train and shopping centres. Overall I wouldn't stay again.

Wonderful Staff and service. Beautiful rooftop bar with amazing sunsets opens at 4pm. There is a mall attached which has amazing restaurants and shops. If you turn right out of the hotel you will a nice area with tons of bars and restaurants. Love the location and would highly recommend

Rooms are clean, comfortable and with a great view. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Having mall access through elevator is a plus. Access is complicated however...Uber drivers dont want to pick up from entrance. There is a 2 car drop off, but usually occupied by taxi cabs. Garage entrance is through different street with heavy traffic...the whole setup is a bit confusing at first, but a minor issue in comparison to all the pluses.

The hotel has a great location and was very comfortable after a long travel trip. Rooms were quiet and well equipped. Staff was efficient and friendly.
