"Very convenient location! Good access to Public Transportation and Great Shopping adjacent to the Hotel! Unfortunately, the Hotel room had VERY Poor Internet (SLOW and got disconnected several times). Also what Hotel does not have Facial tissue int the rooms?!?"

"The staff were excellent and very welcoming. However, after a long flight we really needed rest and a chance to recharge our devices. There was not one USB outlet in the room which was very inconvenient. We were also disappointed that there was no hot water for showers in the morning."

Whenever I have the opportunity to come to Brisbane, I return to the same place. It truly feels a bit like my second home when I am in the city. The location is excellent — very central and close to everything. The apartments are also wonderful: comfortable, well equipped, and they really make you feel as if you are at home. "Room was clean. Hardly seen staff on duty. Amenities are very poor, bathroom was shockingly small, very little room between shower and toilet, no room to hang towels, shower leaked out into rest of bathroom. I would never recomend this hotel. Not worth the price by a long shot. "
