"We have stayed in a great many hotels over the years but have wanted to stay here many times but couldn’t. Now this will be the first to contact everything was great. From location to the standard of everything regarding the hotel. Food cleanliness the staff standard of room just couldn’t fault anything.i worked in hotels so I’m fussy so I’m thrilled. "Staff was great helped with suggestions and when to stay away from the protest happening. Even during check-in they made every possible accommodation possible when we arrived so early. The live music at the restaurant was very nice. The hallways on our floor could have been better kept. We saw the same champagne glasses in front of a room for the 3 day we stayed. It was close enough to the metro where we took that everywhere to get around. Solid place to stay. And our view was fantastic. "

"Very convenient to everything, ie transportation, pharmacy, food, clothing. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Bed in superior individual room was wonderfully comfortable. Liked all the tech outlets. Only issue was in the bathroom. Looked like rust or dirt around some of the floor attachments. Very busy hotel but they seemed to handle that well. Would love to stay there again."

"This is fast becoming a favourite when I travel to London. It is right int he City, close to St Pauls and Fleet Street. One of the benefits is that you can check in on line which saves some time. The rooms are spacious, clean and have good AC, which in the summers in London, it's needed. So far so good, I've got no complaints at all, and will definitely be returning."

"Hotel is in a great location, close to the underground, cafes, restaurants and museums. Rooms and elevators are small and carpet needs an upgrade. I would stay here again!"
