"Reservation for two rooms with 2 queens. Got a king room and a single queen room. Given a disability room which wasn’t requested Rooms were very dark. No overhead lighting. Refrigerator on low setting yet froze items. No mirror in bathroom Pillows were horrible!! Room was quiet. Returned to car in am and my gas had been siphoned off while parked overnight so clearly no security monitoring the parking lot. I had filled car before arriving at hotel so was full in the morning less than 1/4 tank. Would not stay again. "

"This is a beautiful hotel converted from an old mill. The staff was not only courteous but downright friendly. Two days after I had checked in Adam saw me in the elevator and wished me a good morning by name. The dining room was elegant and the clam chowder just loaded with clams. My only complaint is that most of the LiveTV channels were offline, but HBO, Netflix and other streamers come with the room. Parking is in an open lot across the street. I will go back if I have further business up in Providence. "
