Front desk did not really offer a warm ambiance. They were not that welcoming. This is not the first time that we experienced this. We stay here for the convenience of going around. But front desk staff should definitely be trained on how to handle concerns, how to respond properly, and how to be more welcoming.

Nice, convenient hotel except: 15 watt lights in room made it impossible to read at night, strange shower with only half screen meant lots of water on the floor and use of towels to mop it up every evening. Otherwise a nice hotel in a great neighborhood. And good coffee in the rooms.

parking was $45 per day too expensive, the area around the building was not at all safe, there was no breakfast too ! staffs did not pick up the call had me waiting on the line for an hour. When i went to the front desk a guy was just standing there not picking it up.

The art was fun, although im not a fan of concrete ceilings. The staff was great and there are a lot of goos places to eat withing an easy walk. I will say the bathrooms could use some counterspace for clothing and other essentials, but the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable.
