Staff so friendly and helpful. We were glad we were in the bungalow with our own pool and veranda with se view as you got a lovely breeze from the sea. Only thing would have made this 5 stars if there was a communal air conditioned area as no escape from the heat other than your room. Lovely stay and highly recommend

Direct access to a stunning beach with fabulous views. Hotel room was spacious, comfortable & clean. We enjoyed the breakfast which had sufficient number of dishes to chose from for us. We enjoyed 10 days at this hotel & will come back.

This is our second visit and it didn't disappoint. Great location, great service but needs a little bit of repairs. Repairs are underway so hopefully fix any issues. Highly recommend for couples and young families.

If you are aftering for a quiet and relaxing resort, this may be just for you. We decided not to pick resorts in Chaweng Central and so Glad we made the wise choice and we absolutely enjoyed our 6 nights in one of the Superior Seaview unit on the 3rd level. IMO, Pool Access unit is not usable as outside your balcony is like a drain ( 2 arms length in width ). Round trip shuttle to Central which make it very convenient though slow walk will take you less than 30mins. Breakfast items were more than adequate. Khun Nan the front desk staff service is simply impeccable.

We stay at Samui Resotel for 5 nights. From check in to check out was good. Every Staff were polite, friendly and really helpful with exceptional customer services from the first day to last day. Our air conditioning in the room was broken and didn’t work for hours. We reported to the reception and got offer to move to a new room if the issue couldn’t fix. They sent technicians to come to fix it promptly and finally, the problem was fixed in very short time. The room was good and spacious with all amenities you need! There were 2 water of bottles refilled everyday and you actually can ask for more if needed. The tv program was not great for foreigners. If the hotel can set up the Netflix app on telly, it would be great. The plunge pool was small but clean and good enough for morning and night dip in. The main pool with swim up bar was also great as well. The buffet breakfast was good choices each day and tasty. On the last night, my husband got food poisoning! He got vomits and diarrhoea many times and I asked the reception if I could get some more water and the housekeeper brought them right away! If you want to go to the main chaweng or Samui central, you can book the shuttle bus at the reception at 2 pm to drop you there or book at 6 pm to pick you up and back to hotel. There are many red songtaew taxis to go by yourself anytime and cost 100 bahts/ person each way. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again next times! Highly recommend!

Ground floor room facing the swimming pool was great value for money. Restaurant food was very good albeit I mostly ate out in the local Thai restaurants. Location of the hotel is a a bit further away from the main nightlife than I would have liked but it was easy enough to pick up the local "baht bus" on the road outside.

The staff were excellent and accommodating, with Chao standing out for being especially friendly to my travel companions and I. All the staff—whether in as bar or wait staff, housekeeping, reception or behind the scenes—were always helpful, providing information or finding someone who could assist or just being friendly in general. The pools were clean, and the rooms were spacious. Access to the beach was convenient, and the buffet breakfast was well-prepared, offering a great selection for both Western and Eastern tastes. Five stars!

Breakfast is good. We stayed at a garden villa, which had its own pool next to a patio. Bathroom is spacious, and so is the room. The property is older, but I have had no issues with the cleanliness. This hotel is next to a beautiful beach.

We got the swim up room for the first half and LOVED it. There were tiny things here and there you can tell the room just needs a deep clean and polishing of the silver but otherwise, it was WORTH the money for the swim up. The wifi is really terrible so don't try to work while you're there or take conference calls because you will be dropped. Great quiet location w good highly rated restaurants nearby you can walk to. Staff was so sweet and friendly, esp housekeeping. My only gripe was the crappy wifi. They even tried to fix it with our second room and it was still spotty and dropped conference calls at 3am at night even with a new router in the room.

Der Service sollte definitiv verbessert werden. Das Personal war z.B. beim Frühstück sehr häufig mit den Handys beschäftigt, anstatt sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Das Frühstücksbüffett war ok. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgte teilweise sehr spät am Tag und es wurde auch nicht immer gründlich gereinigt. Ein positives Beispiel beim Personal war Chao, der sich um unsere Koffer gekümmert hat. Er war sehr nett und zuvorkommend (so wünscht man sich das). Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt ok, aber sehr wahrscheinlich würden wir beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen.

Fint hotell med fint basseng. Selv om bassenget lå litt unna stranden. Familievennlig hotell. Nydelig frokost og store fine rom. Litt unna Chaweng senter så det er et stykke å gå inn til sentrum om man vil det. Vi spiste på restaurantene i nærheten av hotellet.

Greit hotel i utkanten av Chaweng.

Flott beliggenhet på hotellet-helt ved stranden. Bassengområde fint. Store rom. Badet trenger oppgradering og ikke minst mye mere lys. Savnet bord og et par stoler på balkongen. Daglig rengøring av rommet altfor sent på dagen. Litt rufsete nærområde utenfor på gaten. Mye søppel og vond lukt.
