"They gave us a room with no air conditioning in the middle of summer, with temperatures over 80 degrees. We initially assumed the AC was out for the entire hotel (since they actually informed us -no AC). Being too tired we tried to go to the room to get some sleep, but it was impossible. The tiny room was unbearably hot, and the window only opened a small sliver at the top. We went downstairs to figure out what to do, fully expecting we’d need to move to a nearby hotel. Only after raising our voices were we suddenly given a room with air conditioning. Completely unacceptable — if an air‑conditioned room was available, why try to squeeze guests into a stifling room for a miserable night? Mold on the bathroom wall around the circular window only added to disappointment."

"Loved the location and neighborhood. Charming and characterful apartment with exposed wooden ceiling beams and French windows opening onto Juliet balconies. There is washing machine but no tumble dryer in this apartment. There is a safe to lock away passports etc which is handy . Overall, great stay and highly recommended."

"Definitely good for the price. Spacious clean rooms. Nice sloppy with snacks that could be bought anytime in a small restaurant a good food. The shuttle is awesome. We had a bit of an issue with our shower and the coffee of the room was not well supplied. The only other issue we had was a check-in. There was a line with 1 person working in the desk. There were two other people doing things at the desk and never volunteered to help. the people in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Overall good experience. Would definitely stay there again for an early flight out of Charles to call."
