An ideal property which was only five minutes from Chateau Rouge metro station and only two stops from Gard du Nord. Staff excellent and our studio apartment was maintained to a very high standard. Would highly recommend as a base for exploring. Sacre- Coeur was very close by and well worth a visit.

Looking for a clean, friendly and safe place to stay outside of inner Paris, this is the spot for you. Great view of Sacre Coeur and a short walk to all the best sights. The staff were amazing and made us feel at home. Close to train stations to get around Paris quite easily. Would stay here again! Thanks for the great memories.

Really enjoyed my stay at Villa Montmartre. The room was very clean and spacious, and the apartment experience was worth the cost. We arrived after the front lobby operating hours, but the instructions for accessing the apartment was very clear. Strongly recommend this location.

Would recommend this over and over-we’ve stayed twice! Marcos was very helpful and made checking in super easy. Rooms are large and have air conditioning. Very comfortable stay and located next to everything!

We enjoyed our three-day stay at the Villa Montmartre. The location was excellent - a five minute walk to Sacre Coeur and 10-15 minutes from the shops at Montmartre. After a bit of initial confusion we were able to get instructions for our after-hours check-in. The apartment was spacious, if a bit bare, and was all we needed for our stay. We were a bit apprehensive after reading a few reviews that complained of bedbugs, but we did a thorough inspection and our room was free of them. I would recommend without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious, clean and in a great location, making it really easy to get around Paris using public transport. The reception being open from 9am–7am was very convenient, and there were some fantastic little extras that made our stay even better — unlimited bottles of water, unlimited coffee and free massage chairs! We also had two industrial fans in the apartment, which were super handy and made a big difference during the warmer weather. The only downside was the small size of the lift, especially when travelling with luggage. Apart from that, everything was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again! 🇫🇷❤️

We were staying in Paris 9 nights and ended up needing 1 more night at the beginning of our stay, the place we were staying couldn’t add it for us so we ended up looking for somewhere else and ended up here. I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. Made me wish we could have stayed here the whole time. Really spacious and our place had a great view of Sacre Coeur. We loved the place and Marco was very helpful and welcoming.

On our 3 wk Euro-travel, our 4 nights at Villa Montmartre were my favorite (Paris not my fave city-this changed my mind!) In a "real" area with tasty reasonably priced restaurants like Le Petit Blue or Sacre Fleur (the latter a bit more $ but great value), 5 min from the Chateau Rouge metro & a block from the Rue Muller stairs up the side of Montmartre, you couldn't be better situated. A kitchenette made leisurely breakfasts easy. (In addition to a wonderful boulangerie across the street, there is an Aldi down the street.) Staff are helpful and the place is kept clean and cheerful. Placed on the side of Montmartre with a mix of immigrant communities and young people/families you are spared the crowds that made me not like areas like Marais. We took several walks up the Butte - easily skirting the tourist crowds to go explore the Museum of Montmartre, find the windmills, go for some delightful French kitsch at Lapin Agile, watch the sunset and even duck into Sacre Coeur as it opened for a crowd-free visit. Favorite thing - massage chairs in the lobby were fun and needed for refreshing for an evening out. There is a small elevator (1 person/bag). Only complaint - need a closet bar/hangars. It is lively so if you are not used to city noise, get a courtyard room where the only sounds are the courtyard door and playing children. Re air-conditioning, if you need US style cold, find a Hyatt. Def use Chateau Rouge metro as others a bit chaotic. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

I really enjoyed the location. It felt like living as a Parisian, right in the middle of everyday city life. The area is vibrant both day and night, with people constantly on the move or simply enjoying themselves, and plenty of small, unique restaurants to explore. That said, if you are looking for peace and quiet, this may not be the ideal spot. The neighborhood has an active nightlife, with open cafes and music well into the evening. One of the highlights was being just a 10 minute walk from the Sacre Coeur Basilica, which made it easy to visit such an iconic site. I also appreciated the suite itself. It was comfortable and added to the overall positive experience.

The room was spacious and clean, and had a fantastic location. Check-in and check-out were easy. However, the room lacks some basic amenities: yes, there is no AC, which I knew, but there also aren't any fans whatsoever. We went in June, and Paris was very hot, all day and well into the night, so I did get quite sweaty in bed and needed to keep the windows open(which then leads to bugs, so be careful). A hairdryer was listed as in the room but there was none, and when I mentioned it to the counter they said they'd have someone bring us one but never did. Not a big deal, but the wife could have used it.

I don’t recall the gentleman’s name at the check in guess however, he was so very friendly and helpful. He made it feel like this was our apartment and we were at home. He had glasses! This place did have a lift thankfully so we didn’t have to lug up many flights of stairs. The listing and apartment aligned so what you pay is what you get! Easy to walk to bus and metro. Location was a little sketchy at night sometimes but lovely overall.
