Room was very clean. Staff super friendly and helpful, all spoke excellent English which was a huge help. Only downside is the bathroom door is a wooden panel that slides across. It didn’t offer much privacy. Great location just seconds aware from Gare De L’est. Breakfast is a good selection of food.

The hotel is very clean and conveniently located near Gare de l’Est. The area is typical for the vicinity of a train station - rather dirty and noisy. The rooms in the hotel are almost sound-proof though, so it was nice and quiet.

The hotel is right across from the gare de l’Est, which is why we selected it.(We travel to the Grand Est from Paris.) It is new, clean, modern and nicely decorated. Our superior room had a lot of space, including a good size bathroom.Next time, I think we will try the deluxe room recommended by the front desk. All of the staff is professional and extremely nice and courteous.
