"Great location , no reception staff two days a week and none after 6pm . You’re given a key for the main gate ( which is kept locked after 10pm ) unfortunately it’s a faulty lock and took ages to try and get in at times , noticed staff and they already knew about it , said nothing could be done . The apartment is very clean, a decent kitchenette with lots of appliances as is the small but perfectly functioning bathroom. Lots of towels and a soap dispenser. The large bedroom has a fitted wardrobe, a safe, 2 single beds and a connecting window to the lounge which us a good sjze and has a tv plus fan. The WIFI is free and super quality! "3.5 stars. The apartment was good, situated in a perfect place as everything that we needed was within 5 minutes away. Inside the apartment was a classic Spanish feel although was missing a few things; an oven, a kettle and a working fan or air conditioning. The pool was great and not busy (during Easter) we spent a good few days there as the kids loved it. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable however sometimes the reception was shut when it shouldn’t have been. I would recommend...

"Convenient - close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Clean, friendly, secure, functional, very quiet during the day. Some occasional noisy 'youngsters' in their rooms and balconies, but only for short 'bursts' and only really noticeable because it was so quiet at other times. Not a problem though. Overall this is a really well run property with great location and good facilities. "

"The Solymar apartment is a credit to the owner, it contains everything you need for your stay, all the gadgets and more !! It's not a massive apartment but how it is laid out uses all the space to its full potential, it has a lovely little balcony that gets the sun all day and the bi slide doors open all the apartment up to the outside !! "Smaller than anticipated apartment easy to find, but remote from Bus services, nice pool on site, plenty of cafes bars and restaurants around, shopping is also close by. The apartment has issues , most problems were dealt with by on site rep quickly."

"Very nice apartment in a mixed residential and tourist area. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We had a two bedroom appt with livingroom and balcony and decent WiFi. The building also provide a local restaurant for residents there and a nice swimming pool newly renovated and quite big. Absolutely a place to come back to. Smooth check in with the key in a box and all necessary Info was received well before arrival."

"The apartment was very clean. Good size bathroom with very good shower. Kitchen was reasonably equipped- no kettle though so had to boil water in saucepan for our cups of tea.
