Additional amenities include fast and reliable internet, (a great environment for teleworkers), a safe, washing machine and a TV, as well as a cot, which is available upon request. The apartment is located in a residential area and there is a security camera in the complex.
Outside, you will find a shared pool and garden, as well as a private covered terrace with furniture.
There is a shopping centre adjacent to the apartment where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The nearest beach is the Playa del Ingles, which is 20 minutes away on foot (1.5km). Gran Canaria airport is 20 minutes away by car (30km). There are numerous hiking and biking routes nearby.
The accommodation has a step-free access and interior.
