"They didn't send check in information, through stayz took 4hrs to reply on chat, had a number on invoice so ran that about 5 times(fellow was super helpful and sorted us immediately )between check in process. Carpark nightmare to find spot and right elevator, instructions wrong. No milk,fridge crisper and some areas could of been cleaner. Tiolet seat broken. Great spot once were settled."

"The apartment was spacious, airy and filled with light. The views of Woden valley from the bedrooms and balcony were wonderful. In all, a great place to stay."

"The property is in a quiet location and was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. Only downside was that there was limited toilet paper and no spare towels. We borrowed some from family. The facilities in the complex (gym and sauna) seemed new and were great to have."

"We found this apartment to be well equiped, clean, comfortable and conveniently located within a short walk to the Westfield. Also appreciated having secure underground parking. The only con was that there was no dish detergent in the kitchen for cleaning the dishes. There is however a dishwasher with just the one dish tab left for our use. Otherwise, it was perfect for our stay."

Anything we needed from checking in on us to being so patient and answering all my questions. He made it so easy. This is definitely the place to stay in Canberra."
