"THEY DO NOT OFFER A COMPLIMENTARY AIRPORT SHUTTLE AS ADVERTISED. They have stopped this service since the pandemic but failed to update their third party booking partners. They only informed me of this the day before my check-in, and their remedy was to offer me a hotel car for p1,200 - a scam because my grab car cost p150. The hotel was nice yes and convenient 15 min walk to the newport mall but im very disappointed about the airport shuttle. It was the whole reason I booked this hotel."

"Great location. The best place to watch the sun set every evening. Delicious food. Nice pool. Only 100 pesos and 5 minutes to get to town by tuktuk. The only problems were contact ability, very poor to no wifi and the sewage smell in the bathroom. "

"This hotel is an excellent place to stay. I accidentally dropped my wallet after getting out of the taxi, and the staff quickly found and returned it, saving my vacation! The buffet breakfast was very good, and the pool was a lot of fun. The bed was comfortable, and Ayala Malls Manila Bay is nearby, which made shopping and dining very convenient.The hotel restaurant served top-quality dishes, and I recommend this hotel for both short and long stays."

"The hotel beach side is lovely. I love the Acqua restaurant. The food is excellent especially the breakfast buffet. It is very clean and the staff and servers were exceptional! They all are friendly and helpful. The staff in the executive lounge were also very hospitable. I cannot say the same for Tides. Tides restaurant during our Feb 14 dinner buffet was not good. The food buffet selection was awful. I see multiple empty or almost empty platters. So there’s not much to eat. We always had to wait for the back kitchen to refill the server platters. Lastly, my only complaint was the laundry charges. I had a one time laundry fill the bag for php 3500. Upon checkout the total laundry php 10323. That’s about $120 USD! I submitted this issue and no one has responded to me. It’s been over 2 weeks since we left for US"
