"On arrival my wife and I upgraded to a larger room far away from the noisy traffic. The upgrade, by paying extra was made easy by the friendly staff member. The studio room we moved had plenty of space to stay for many nights and it was far away from the noisy highway. "

"When I arrived, they had put me in an upstairs room then when the check in staff noticed I wouldn't have been able to climb the stairs I got upgraded to a downstairs room to accommodate my disability which was hugely appreciated"

"Excellent! The room was exceptionally clean, spacious & comfortable with nice decor a well organised kitchen area & great shower. The bed was softish but very comfy & the room was very quiet. We booked for 3 guests but no towel or bedding was provided for the foldout couch but we had some as we weren’t sure & were arriving late. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here & would definitely book again. "
