"The location was great. There are amenities that were not accessible to this section of the larger hotel. The breakfast was minimal. Housekeeping woke us up at 5am and also 8 AM for no reason.. A lot of cleaning carts and the hallways, so it’s hard to navigate. Front desk check-in person was minimally polite. We were on the first floor and a lot of noise from the street in the evening and also beginning at 4 AM. We’ll definitely look for something else next time."

"Our stay was delightful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We requested en-suite, some rooms share a bathroom. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. We were able to walk to so many places, including Buckingham Palace and the British Museum. There are shops and restaurants within easy distance. We had a ground floor king deluxe room. If you have suitcases remember there is no lift so request ground floor. We would definitely stay again. We have already recommended it to friends."

"Hotel was conveniently located close to Kings Cross and staff helpful. The room however was the size of a postage stamp and felt very claustrophobic. Value for money 4 out of 10, £195 for 1 night for a tiny room with no window and £3 surcharge to look after my bag for the day was not great!"

"Good strategic location near British museum and tube lines but far enough away from the main attractions that things like this hotel and restaurants are reasonably priced. It is a typical small older hotel with minimal amenities but I don't hold that against them"

"Perfectly convenient location in the heart of Piccadilly Circus. If you read up on the hotel, you will not be surprised by the smaller rooms and little amenities. There is so much to do and so close to the Underground train system. The Zedwell is the best value for the area. Highly recommended."
