"A large portion of this hotel's business seems to be fly in fly out workers and as such they get priority. We were told to turn down our television at 8 pm when it wasn't overly loud. We didn't know there were FIFO workers sleeping next door. As mentioned in other reviews the sound proofing in the rooms is poor. At 1.50 am I was awakened by the alarm in the room next door. For the next 40 minutes this person showered and got ready for work. I went and asked the night manager to speak to them about the noise but he didn't. At 2.30 am they left their room and not quietly. I went out to see numerous Air Asia staff leaving for work, they made very little effort to be quiet. I went and asked the night manager to speak to them about how noisy they were but he just looked at me confused. At 3.30 am I was again woken up by a lot of noise next door. I got up to find two staff cleaning the room. When I enquired why they said guests were arriving soon to check in. It seems FIFO workers check out around 2.30 am and others check in around 4 am. If you are a fan of sleeping at night this may be difficult. The rooms are very dated and basic and the bed we had was terrible, not secured to the wall so it moved. When you sat on it, it sagged badly. They don't advertise it but when we arrived we were told they don't clean / make up the rooms unless you specifically request it."

"Great location, close to everything. Friendly and nice seating areas in main lobby. Rooms were extremely small but adequate for what we were needing."

"We had a lot of issues during his stay, as the lifts were not working for the majority of the evening. My guest actually has a pelvis injury and so this made the stay very difficult, and had to travel up and down 24 flights of stairs to reach his room. This is a very disappointing outcome for a modern hotel who should not have these issues. It also causes concern for anyone with accessibility requirements. "

"The room and hotel itself was clean, didn't interact with stuff much. The indoor pool was not heated. It was cold but other than that. Great location in the city of Perth."

"Check in was terrible because my booking was coming up as cancelled. I showed the reception staff my booking and receipt for payment in the Hotels.com app so they eventually gave me a room and said they would follow up with Hotels.com for payment. That was a stressful start. The hotel is pristine and modern. However, the mood (ie dark) lighting, doorless toilet and shower, difficulty to access curtain behind overly big chairs did not suit us. The day we booked in we were looking forward to heading up to the rooftop bar for a drink and dinner to only find out they were closed for a private function. We’ve stayed here several times but I think it’s time for a change."
