The staff were exceptionally helpful & friendly, and the facilities were great.

Lovely place to stay, walking distance from the lovely CBD. I would give it a 10/10 if they had a better WIFI system.

Enjoyed the location

I was extremely upset to find out I had been charged $170.00 for a late checkout which I had actually asked for because I had been attacked twice within a few minutes with the intentions of the indigenous teenagers intent on killing me for my money and whatever I had in my handbag and shopping bags! I HAVE ALWAYS GIVEN THE UTMOST POSITIVE FEEDBACK FOR THIS WONDERFUL ESTABLISHMENT BUT NO MORE I AM AFRAID! To be charged $170.00 for a late checkout which I had already asked for was disgraceful and I am so very disappointed in the Management! IF your staff can actually remember, I could not walk because all of the spinal fusions and thoracic fusions were fractured & so was the metal bracing! I was raced by the Ambulance twice code Blue which means my heart stopped! Not that the Managment seemed to care which is a real shame as I had enjoyed my stays with the Country Comfort until now but I will not be staying there anymore! The other things that bothered me is that there was NO SUGAR, 4 TINY SACHETS OF COFFEE AND WARM LONGLIFE (VERY TINY CONTAINERS OF MILK) WHICH I HAD TO USE 4 IN EACH COFFEE AND THAT ONLY LASTED 2 CUPS OF COFFEE, SO I STARTED BRINGING MY OWN COFFEE, SUGAR AND MILK! VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED!

The Premier Room with spa is a good value for money. The reception staffs are very friendly. We had a great time staying with Citadines.
