"Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...

"Lovely villa in very quiet area of Ubud. If you were looking for a secluded place to get away from every day hustles, this is the place to be!! The wifi connection was decent. The location was very inconvenient if you want to explore central Ubud and only one dining option available within the resort. Some of property features were "overkilled" I thought, like outdoor shower, toilet and living area. Certainly they did add "charm" but when raining, practicality and inconvenience took over. But...

"The staff at Seminyak Icon were so friendly. The communication was clear and via WhatsApp which made it convenient as an international traveller. The location is great as it’s on a quiet street and away from the hustle and bustle yet an easy walk to the Main Street. The villa is spacious and the pool was a great size. "

"We had an excellent time at Yubi Villas, it was close to some of the best restaurant and beach clubs and we found the local massage parlours 5 star. We did experience a little early morning noise from the neighouring establishment but the staff went out of their way to do everything they could to accomodate for us.
