The location is amazing! The staff that assisted us for check in was very nice. The place is unclean, needs renovation. The carpet, the sofa bed, the chairs are filthy

Upon arrival, it was clear that we would need an upgrade. Management worked with us and we were given one of their best suites. We would stay in #63 again.

The suite needed updating. We could have had more silverware and tools to help cook. The coffee pot was not very hot and the toaster was not very clean. Also the bed was a little unconmfortable for me. The suite and area was great and also the manager was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Definitely not fancy and much in need of a touch of paint, but in a great location and very affordable, so you'll like it as long as you have expectations in line with the price.

My room was warm and pretty clean. My biggest (only) issue was the coffee maker. The filters provided did not fit the basket properly so I was unable to enjoy coffee in the morning. Plus, I was required to clean up my dishes to avoid addition fees. Considering the price I paid, I didn’t mind washing my dishes. The walk along the lake in the morning was beautiful. I was happy to be so close to it. Overall, it was a good bang for the buck.

We were on the road and tried to book a room for the night. Booked a room online and when they sent confirmation they had changed the dates and upped the price. When we got to hotel there was no one at the office and no one would answer any of the numbers listed. Charged for the room but not able to check in as no one was there to let us in. Had to find a different hotel.

Only stayed for one night, location was perfect, walking distance to so many restaurants and other amenities. Room was slightly dated, but the bed was comfortable and the room did have a full-size fridge and stove that would be nice for longer stays, overall worth it for the price.

I was not impressed with how filthy my suite was. I did get the janitor to spray for the spiders and other bugs in the room. My window had bird crap all over it and the window ledge in the room and bathroom were disgustingly dirty. Cob webs throughout. I even purchased RAID to rid of the spiders myself. Will not stay there again as I come to Penticton every September.

Large suite with 3 separate bedrooms, and tons of space. Right on the beach, with wrap-around balcony. Excellent, attentive staff. The decor is fairly dated, but everything worked just fine - appliances, showers, doors, windows, Recommended!

Steps from the beach and walking distance to many amenities. Not very clean, dirty floors and table. Spider webs and spiders in every corner of each room. Very outdated, noisy fridge woke us up several times a night. The floor was sloping due to water damage in the bathroom. Very disappointed with our room.

The place was clean but we could not get the tv to work. We were visiting friends and got back to the motel about 10 pm and could not get the tv to work. The office was closed so we never did have the use of a tv. When we stayed there last may, we had to get help twice to get the tv working. Hopefully, that won’t happen again.

The pool wasn't open as it appeared to be in the middle of renovation. Definitely short on housekeeping staff. The hosts were wonderful though.
