The staff was great, the person at reception was amazing, remembered who we were and that’s impressive considering how many people he sees every day. The location was excellent, both for leaving by car or walking around in the town.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel's restaurant. The staff member I dealt with was rude and spoke to me disrespectfully. Good customer service and polite communication are important, but unfortunately, that was missing during my visit. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff customer service.

The location was great. Breakfast was very good. It seemed to be clean. But the hallway floor was not solid and felt ready to collapse. Sound proofing seemed to be absent. We heard other people e.g. people walking above us and children laughing and talking. The bathroom fixtures were old. There was not enough parking. It was very much overpriced at $600.
