Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. They had a selection of hot amd cold breakfast items. Also coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby 24 7. Ourr room need a few slight repairs but it didn't deter us from having a nice stay.

It is a very well appointed Hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well. A cut above most complementary, continental, meals. I would definitely recommend it!!

Close to Jasper National Park and cheaper than staying in Jasper. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Hotel is clean and the pool was fun. The kids enjoyed the water slide, although the pool is very shallow. The hot tub was nice when it was open. It was closed on the Saturday that we stayed. Overall a pretty good value.

I was very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed for scheduled maintenance. It didn’t spoil my stay but I wish the closure would’ve been mentioned when I booked on the Expedia site. Our stay was in the middle of the closure so the closure I do should have been available. The hotel and free laundry were first class from Staff to cleanliness!! Also - 10 RV spots in back lot! Important feature for us!
