"Second time visitor to this hotel. This time I was woken by construction noise, had a tv that wasn’t working, and air conditioning switching off because the power was switched to a time limit. Overall a disappointing experience "

"The lady at the desk was lovely and the room was sufficient.. but the information given on the rooms says breakfast included.. this is not the case whatsoever. It is a little boxed snack you can take from the front desk with a snack.. very misleading. They haven’t had breakfast served since 2020.. the rooms are fine but the overall photos of the motel is not at all accurate. "

"There isn’t anything inherently wrong with this hotel. The rates are decent, it’s conveniently located near Northgate train station, and I do appreciate many of the amenities like free onsite laundry facilities, a mini bar and TV with on-demand movies and shows. But overall, it’s still just…meh. Immediately when I went in my first day, the bathroom in my room, which is very small if you’re getting a studio room like I did, was emitting a very old smell that never fully went away. It faded with usage of the shower and once I got the aircon circulating. But it still lingered the whole stay. Also, the shower looked pretty dated and there were rust stains all along the bottom rim. The wifi wasn’t working very well either. It was slow and spotty. And while it was quiet enough to sleep the night, people were up and about as early as 6am, and you can hear everything they’re doing. So even if I wanted to sleep late after a night out, I couldn’t do it because the other guests kept waking me up. But I will grant them that overall, the room itself was clean and kept clean. The bed was nice and comfy too. I didn’t try the restaurant that’s part of the hotel, so I can’t say whether it’s good or not. But I can say they only do dinner services. You can still order breakfast and lunch from them, but it gets sent to your room or is provided for pickup at reception. Overall, this place was fine for my short stay, but I don’t think I’d come back."

"Nice, clean hotel and room. Beautiful spa room - clean and comfortable. I cant comment on the pool or sauna as due to our very last check in we unfortunately missed getting to use the actual “resort”. My only issues were: - check in which was 2.5 hours late - we didn’t receive our “special occasion gifts” in our room which we had been specifically told were in there ready for us. "
