"Traveling from Detroit to Georgetown. I called ahead and was told that I would get a phone call if my room was ready before 3pm. No phone call. We arrived at 10 am and spoke with the desk attendant. I was assured my room would be waiting for me that evening since it wasn’t ready until after 12:30 checkout. I was attending the Thunder over Louisville. Quite a drive away, we returned to check into our room around 12:30am. All I wanted was that hot tub! I worked 16 hour shift, drove to Georgetown, walked all over heck and back in Louisville, miles. We finally get in the room… the jetted tub was broken, would not hold water. I filled the regular tub and passed out in it. 7am…The pool was pooped in, we couldn’t swim. The hot tub was occupied by teenagers who were literally vocalizing that they were peeing in the hot tub. Desk attendant didn’t do anything to remedy the situation. Nothing. I paid $225 and drove 7 hours to be treated like garbage. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve travelled a lot in my 53 years and I work in customer service. Southern hospitality must be dead. "

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was terrible . While the room itself was fine, the management, specifically Cheryl made the stay terrible. Meanwhile the rest of the staff was super helpful and great. The manager was unprofessional and condescending from the moment we interacted. However, the real issue was during checkout. I was falsely accused of smoking in the room and told it "smelled like cigarettes." As a non-smoker, I found this accusation insulting and clearly just a reason to keep the fifty dollar security deposit and extra fees. Despite my emphasis that nobody had smoked, the manager was dismissive, rude, and refused to have a civil conversation about it. overall the location is decent, but I won't stay somewhere where guests are treated like criminals and harassed by management. Save your money and go somewhere where the management actually respects their guests."

"Excellent area, great customer service, breakfast was great every morning, no issues with WiFi. I do wish we had an option to log in to our own live-streaming tv providers, but other than that no issues. We’ve already booked another stay at the same hotel. "

"Was suppose to check in at 3:00 , didn't get in room till 8pm. Bartender was cussing and dirty dishes all over bar when I got there. I walked up sat down in a stool, he ask me what I wanted. I said can you please clear all these dirty dishes and wipe down the bar first. I called room service for water, waited hour and had to call back for water. Hall ways need to be vacuumed , people yelling, screaming and running through the halls all night. No refrigerator in room, remote to tv was very hard to push to change channels ,finally gave up. Entrance of the hotel was nice, but the hotel is not up to standard for what I paid a night. Will never stay again. I asked for a receipt for my stay they said I'd have to get it from Expedia , charges on my check card that I have no idea what they are."

"Checked in April 19th at 8:30pm. The lady that checked us in was so nice and helpful. The people that checked in before us were not very nice at first. She won them over with her kindness. We love this hotel. Clean and close to several good restaurants."
