It certainly wasn't the fanciest, and there were a few relatively minor equipment issues such as a dryer that didn't work effectively (which it looked like they were planning on replacing), but the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, going as far as to help with printing a boarding pass that my cousin had received electronically from the airline, as well as working with us and Hotels.com when we needed to make adjustments to our reservation a few weeks in advance. We would certainly recommend this hotel to others, and the El Jalisco Mexican Restaurant next door was great as well!"
