"Came in at three in the morning, caught in a snow storm. Evening hotel clerk was very kind. However,that is where the caring and kindness stopped! My husband is disabled and has a very difficult time getting around. On our 4th day there, the day we were to check out, my husband was very sick and not feeling well at all. The general manager, did not ask if there was anything he could do for us or if he could help. He instead, came up to the room, was very rude, hateful, condescending and told us if we were not out in 15 minutes he would call the cops on us. All this as I am trying to load up the rolling carts with our suitcases. then proceeded to threaten us as he walked off!! HORRID!!!! I did videotape him threatening to call the police on us for no reason. We will NEVER stay at a Microtel again!!!!! ANYWHERE would have been better than here!!! Awful!!! RUDE!!!! HATEFULL!!!! NONCARING!!!!! ZERO COMPASSION!!! TOTAL DISRESPECT!!!! "

"When we got to the room we checked everything. The toilet seat was up and had urine on it. We let the front desk know and they gave us another room. We went to that room and it smelled like fresh smoke so we went back to our original room. After that, we didn’t have any problems. The beds were comfortable. And the staff were nice. We stayed there to visit the Ark Encounter. I wish there were more breakfast options. There wasn’t a water station or a selection for people with stricter dietary requests. "

"Check in was nice and directions. Was not warm enough for us. Couldn’t couldn’t get jets to work on hot. Was on lock out whatever that means. It would have been nice to have a tv. Was very clean and neat and cozy "

"Pool was small and only had a maximum capacity of 10 people. Staff was not very friendly. A staff member scolded my children. Not enough towels in room. Breakfast didn’t have a wide variety of food "
