"Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and lots to choose from. When we checked in there was a note saying pool and spa was closed. I ask woman at counter why she said pool was waiting on a part for heater and the hot tub was dirty and had to be drained and cleaned. I get the pool that’s out of your control but the hot tub could’ve been taken care of. Very disappointing…"

"It was ok as a budget hotel. The bathroom door in our room didn't latch properly, so we couldn't lock it. The pull out couch was well used and you felt all the springs. The pool was cold and the towels provided were very small, about the size of hand and towels. Staff were friendly, and breakfast good. "

"We did not spend a large amount of time in the cabin, as we were there for a men's conference at the Ark Encounter. Jonathan, the host was very friendly. The cabin was well kept and clean. I plan to rent the cabin again next year. I do want to confirm that the ceiling in the loft is only about 3 to 3-1/2 ft high. My son and I slept there, and we are both over 6 ft tall. We have camped with much worse sleeping conditions. The mattresses were very comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience."
