Welcome to Sir Barton- a 2nd Floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo at The House on Main. This House on Main has recently been restored to its former glory and the owners have spared no expense. Guests have everything they need to feel right at home with a cozy living room, full kitchen, queen bed, queen size sleeper sofa, & large outdoor space! You will be 0.4 miles from Georgetown College, 7 miles from KY Horse Park, 20 miles from Buffalo Trace Distillery, & 30 minutes from The Ark.

Mom and Daughter Get Away
My daughter came into town and we were looking for a horse country stay. This property could not have been any more perfect. The home itself was amazing - so well done with all the amenities and comfort we could ask for. It was a beautiful property with modern comfort, convenient to all things downtown. We cooked and watched movies some nights, went for walks downtown and ate at Rebeccas bakery or Favas some days OR when going out, we were only 15-20 minites away from anything.
It was perfect! Would highly recommend!

The rental inside is very nicely decorated, clean and well stocked with towels. Walking distance to downtown Georgetown were they have shops, etc. The only downside is that if you are a light sleeper you will hear the horns on the multiple trains that go by in the evening/overnight/morning.
