Staff courteous and friendly. Facility in much need of refurbishing. Holes in curtains, drape not completely on rod, toilet paper androd missing from holder (used facial tissues), floor wet with chemical smell. Saving grace was the friendly, helpful woman who checked me in and i was obly booked for one night.

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. However, the condition of the room was very poor. The window was cracked and taped. There was tape on the shower wall. There were holes in the bedspread, and a strong cigarette odor in a non smoking room. We were able to air the smell out by opening the window for a while. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfy. One plug didn't work, but others did. The carpet should have been replaced long ago. We will not stay there again.

Smelled like weed as soon as we walked in the front lobby. Front desk check in was quick. The AC in the room was not on so the room was warm but worse is that it smelled. Carpet was so soiled that it was sticky. Would not recommend this place

Most fixtures in my room didn’t even have a light bulb and the ones that did were blown. Bathroom door was almost broken off the hinges, there was holes in the curtains and the only thing that really worked was the tv. Only good part was the staff.

I didn't like the realm at all it's stunk it was supposed to be a handicapped from far from it the AC heater unit didn't work properly the bathroom door was a sliding door which was stuck. Got the front desk in there they couldn't fix it it was a bathtub not a walk-in shower for handicapped people who can't get in a tub like me the dad was not helpful it was too hard and high we booked the room for 2 days and left after first day could not get a refund
