Nice new, clean hotel in a lovely setting. Staff were all really helpful and Kev the concierge was amazing.

I want to thank the lovely Māori or Pacific woman who checked us in. She was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Truly hospitable and great customer service. Hotel is in a great location and the studio room truly exceeded my expectations. Bed was so comfy and modern. Shower temperature and pressure was amazing! Worth every cent. I would totally go there again. Also appreciated all staff i came across and communicated with prior and during our stay, so pleasant to deal with and so willing to go...

Hotel is located handy to motorways and airport. Breakfast is a nice touch. Hotel amenities are great. Sadly I found various food scraps under the bed from prior guests.

This is a fabulous hotel, close to the airport yet located in a very quiet place that you wouldn't know you're in a large city. The hotel was clean, room had good amenities and the staff were really lovely - made check in and check out easy and relaxed. Breakfast was included which was great value for money. This is not our first stay here and won't be out last.

A great place to stay the night before you fly. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were exceptional, very friendly and efficient. The car storage is convenient and rates reasonable. Will definitely stay again.

Very nice stay, comfortable, excellent and caring staff. Restaurant option with bar , great food. Beds and rooms very comfortable and quiet and clean. Wake up service, free shuttle to airport 24/7. I Would highly recomend Heartland hotel. I will definitely stay there when next time 8n A7ckland.

I enjoy staying here. Good value for money. Comfortable. Instructions to enter the property after hours was simple and getting the keys. We use this property often when overnighting in Auckland. It also come with a kitchen and small dining table. The only thing we didn’t have was a tea towel for the room to dry dishes or counter top.
