good place to stay but a bit noisy with the other residents, baby's crying 12pm conversations outside our room, the lady was helpful though & it was comfortable enough
When we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly smile from the lady at reception.
She showed us where we could park and our room and asked if we required any further assistance, please don't hesitate to ask.
The room was clean and very comfortable.
Thank you - we will stay again.
Quick and easy booking. Great stay, grateful for their hospitality and looking after my family after a stressful day. When there was an issue, they made sure to communicate this and take charge of the situation which made our stay that much more comfortable.
I was surprised by how safe and quiet the motel was, especially due to being on a main road. Very clean, high standard. There's a security gate and light. Also the staff were easy to contact,.responding via text straight away. Helped me with the heat pump, as my eyes were tired I couldn't figure out which icon it was on. Thank you for the great stay! Highly recommend.

Excellent staff I have to say. I’m just a fan of how the place is. I’ve paid $232 for two nites I think it’s pricey for the place.
The parking was behind a locked gate with a FOB for entry.
The bed was on the soft side and the toilet lid would not stay up by itself.
Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Loved our stay here, not the flashest of motels but was convenient for our needs and Ruby was an awesome host.
A bit of TLC and maintenance should get better ratings.
I stayed 7 nights and found it to be a very quiet location, even though it's situated on the main road. Rooms are located to the rear of the property. Adequate parking available. Airconditioning/heating would have been nice in room, but there were fans and electric blankets available. Housekeeping was fantastic - lady definitely is an asset to the owners. Room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels everyday, and floors vacuumed. Crockery/cutlery/cooking utensils were in great condition with 2 plate hotplate, microwave, toaster, kettle and a bar fridge. Kitchen was more than adequate. The only negative was that I have stayed in other locations in South Auckland on previous trips for less, and thought the prices were a little high considering the distance from the Airport. All up, it was very clean, quiet and fairly conveniently located not too far from the motorway. Would certainly stay here again and recommend it.

Wasn’t even able to stay! Planed for an early check in at 1pm got rung at 1pm while 10 minutes away saying that was no longer possible. Organised to leave car and get picked up and check into room late. Arrived and rung multiple time to no answer and couldn’t contact anyone. Didn’t feel comfortable leaving car while we went to our concert. Finally had someone text us 7 hours later!! Ended up having to stay elsewhere because of their terrible communication!! Are now making every excuse under the sun as to why they shouldn’t have to refund stay. Stay far away from this place!! Hard to deal with and not worth the hassle!
The long=term people in neighbouring units were noisy at all times of the day and night and showed no consideration for other people. Small children were running around and it was a real hazard when driving in. Check-in was quick, but there was no feeling that it was any more than a business transaction for the managers.
Funny story. I've been going here for quite some time and just assumed I was in the same room. The new owners were very friendly and said everything was ready. I parked and went into the unit changed into comfortable clothes and had a coffee. 20 minutes later my friend turned up and she did the same. We were watching tv and this man boldly opens the door and walks in. He got a fright and commented the motel gave him two women as well? We laughed and I checked my key and it said 5 not 4 and yes you guessed it we were in the wrong unit.I profusely apologised and gave him my key and said to him "I should've gone to specsavers". He laughed and the neighbouring units cracked up as well. Needless to say everything turned out ok.
Only stayed for one night, found the owner very freindly and helpful, main thing I noticed was how clean everything was, the bathroom/shower was spotless. Very good value.
The unit was unacceptable with food remnants, used cutlery, etc. down the sides of the settee. The shower unit in the bathroom was filthy - black soap scum around the base of the shower doors and on the soap holder!!
At 9.30 am tradesmen were banging on the wall of the adjoining unit as they carried out repairs.
