"Loved this hotel!!! 🥰 Due to being a rewards member, they automatically upgraded our view, gave us late 2pm checkout & $15 off our bill for eating in the restaurant!! 👍😃🙌 Very nice room!! ♥️ Bellmen were very helpful and kind. 🙏 Only complaints were that our room was right next to elevators, so more noisy. Would’ve preferred room further down. Also they charge $91 for valet parking which is not optional, so that adds a substantial amount to the bill. 🫤 Would stay again for sure though because it is such a great location for walking to Union Square and feels safe!!! ♥️♥️"
