"Well, I get it in today’s economy why it’s not updated because that would be super expensive but I think they really need to work towards that. It is not conducive to today’s technology. You have to move furniture unplugged, lamps, and go to great lengths to charge anything and there’s not even enough plugs to charge your iPad and your iPhone and your Apple Watch etc. etc. etc. they really need to update that is quite a hassle and very inconvenient especially when you have four people to a room, there’s not enough plug so bring extension cords, bring extra outlets because you will not have the room or the convenience of charging all of your electronics."

"The room was very accommodating for our group size. However, upon arrival, we received no details on the amenities such as breakfast and parking. We had to keep going back to the front desk to ask additional questions. When attempting to enter the garage after loading a baby, we learned our garage key card wasn’t activated so we had to wait for security and go back to the desk for a 4th time. One of the main reasons we booked this property was because the listing said it includes the Disney shuttle. We were told at the front desk it comes every 30 minutes so we proceeded to wait in the lobby at the entrance and after 45 minutes we asked the front desk if the shuttle was late? She said oh noo you need to wait around the building. Why couldn’t those details again be given the first time travelers ask and waiting right in front of you. Needless to say when we proceeded to the “shuttle” it was really the OC transit and we learned that there isn’t actually an individual shuttle to Disney anymore it’s two city kitties that can take you but you need to pay for the bus pass. After an hour, only to find that out, we took our truck which we should have just done from the beginning. While the property itself was great for families, I don’t think I would be paying thi"

"I feel bed sheet and pillows are old worn off not clean. Carpet is very dirty. Find room was horrible experience. We had to go and ask for to get WiFi when should been given as other hotel. Car parking was very expensive it should be cheaper for guests. Overall hotel 3 stars. First day stuff was not friendly. Third day lady he help us check out gets 5 star they way she handle l"
