"We had more issues on this stay than I ever have at any hotels I have ever traveled to. The staff was very helpful and tried to make some things better, but it was rough. I’m not one to usually complain to staff about something, but I really had to in this situation. On our first night the room was 60 degrees, despite being set at 72 degrees. We froze all night and not almost no sleep. We spent the next day at Disneyland for 14 hours. The hotel staff sent someone in to work on the room temp. When we arrived back at the hotel that night, the room was 78 degrees, despite being set to 72 degrees. There was also no running water that night due to a known water “emergency” they didn’t tell us about. They provided us with complimentary water bottles, but we couldn’t shower. We went to put water in the refrigerator and found rotting food in there which had never been cleaned from the previous guest. The smell was terrible, and the room heat made it worse. The next day we were back at Disneyland and the hotel sent someone in to address the sweltering heat in our room. When we arrived back at the hotel, the entire building was hot (big conference in town), but our room was still 76 degrees, despite the engineer leaving it at 70 degrees. The staff was very kind and helpful, but it was just the worst events back-to-back. "

"This hotel was amazing. The rooms were exceptional and the bar / restaurant food was so good . I only stayed for one night but going back to stay longer . "

"The hotel is right on the water and you can see the Long Beach pier across the way as well as the Queen Mary. We stayed in a beach view room for 5 nights, and the view was remarkable. The restaurant was being remodeled, so I can’t speak to the food options. The amenities were great and the staff were very friendly. With all the said…charging $45 a night for parking for paying guests (because they don’t own their parking lot) is OUTRAGEOUS!! Overall, my family and I had a great time, but I won’t be staying here more than two nights until they get their parking fees under control. "

"I was surprised at the condition of this place since it is a “Disney good neighbor hotel.” By the time you pay for parking, there are much better options. This is the first time I’ve ever stayed somewhere without a hair dryer and tissues. You have to ask for a hair dryer and pick it up at the front desk, and they do not have tissues for guests. You will want to bring your own toiletries; there’s are very low quality. The hot tub only stays on if you rig it with the string that is near the knob. The location is okay. Across the street is Starbucks and Jersey Mike’s. "

"First the positives, the pool area was nice, the breakfast had good options, and the proximity to Disneyland Resort were good. Now the negatives, parking was overbooked and it can take a while to find a parking spot or you will have to park in areas not designated for parking. Secondly, requests for towels and other room items were never fulfilled, I had to go down and retrieve towels myself from housekeeping. Overall, a comfortable stay but the inconveniences could become more of a problem in a different circumstance."

"Everything about our stay was wonderful! The rooms were clean, the breakfast was perfect for a family! If ever in Anaheim again, we will definitely be staying here!!"

"Good for the price. A lot of foot traffic so understandable that the lobby is hard to maintain but would’ve made a better first impression if carpets were vacuumed and elevator was clean. We were able to store our luggage until check-in, there is a water refill station & nice gym, and walkable distance to Starbucks. It’s a great location if you’re going to Disneyland. Rooms have been renovated from previous hotel so still newer & in good condition. We chose this location partly due to it having a laundry facility but it was closed and being worked on our entire stay. "
