"The unit was not clean. The floors look like they hadn't been mopped for months, the skirting boards in all the rooms have dirt and mould on them. There is spiders and spider webs along the cornice in all the rooms. The toilet seat in the ensuite was not clean, there is urine all around the top of the toilet and around the fittings of the toilet seat. It is advertised as having garage parking, however there is no remote to operate the garage door. The front door entrance is filthy, old grass...

"Not clean at all. Bed linen had not been changed, found dirt and grass in beds. Only 3 towels for 6 guests. No toaster. Only a very small bar fridge. Only 3 bedrooms not 4. No queen beds only doubles. Kids scribble on walls. Yards very messy, overgrown and unmowed."
