Fantastic staff - Renz was brilliant - great location, all the tips Renz gave us were spot on, she knows her stuff! Food, shopping, massage, hair etc. she got it right every time. Hotel was great, we had room C1 with a balcony on the street. A real quirky hotel and a pleasure to stay at. Would highly recommend to those like us that aren't beach people but like to experience new things.

Great stay. Easy checkin room was great with very comfortable bed and pillows. Hotel was not full so it was quiet but you could hear other people in the spa at 5am from your balcony. Breakfast was good and the coffee machinean added bonus. Real fresh hot coffee. The only negative was there are no tissues in the room and they only supply 1 toilet roll, eadily fixed by grabbibg an extra roll from the downstairs toilet. Would stay again as great location to beach and nightlife

Staff were friendly & helpful & the service was prompt & staff were always smiling and made you feel so welcomed. The rooms were really spacious & the beds were comfy. The location whilst quiet was relaxing & from my room (438) I had great water views. Night street stalls are located just outside the hotel & massages are just around the corner. Amazing Hotel with lots of cool quirky touches. The roof top bar and swimming pool were absolutely amazing. The staff were helpful and charming. Central location but you wouldn't have known it, very little if any street noise.Thoroughly recommend this Hotel.

Had a superb family holiday and we were looked after superbly by the wonderful staff. The snorkeling beach was amazing.

Found the hotel to be really great, easy to get around as there was a shuttle bus leave hourly. The staff were really friendly and very helpful, food was very good and not over priced. Holiday Inn Express is 100 metres from Patong Beach. We had not been to Phuket since the year after the tsunami and oh what a change. Immaculately clean, the beach, the roads, the pubs and restaurants. All and every one is immaculate. Unlike Bali you can drink the water from the tap. Eat on the street - amazing. Wonderful service & beautiful hotel

I have stayed at this hotel 5 times now . It is in a central position , the staff are very helpful and polite. I intend to stay at this hotel on my next visit to Phuket.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort Phuket in September 2017 and the stay was really nice. The resort has 3 entrances/exits - 1 on to the beach, 1 onto the main drag and 1 onto the side street. This is so convenient coz it allows you to get to the different areas of Patong from within your hotel resort (especially if its raining). The resort is centrally located and you can walk to any part of Patong from here. Heaps of taxis/tuktuks available if you want to go further. The breakfast buffet...

We can easily compare this hotel to Marina Bay Sands Singapore. Amazing amenities, staff, transfer service, food, value, location! Would stay here every time we visit Phuket. Highly recommended!
