"Nice hotel. Great location. One and only complaint was the mattress. It needs to be replaced. It had two huge indents that made it hard to sleep at times."

"Room was spacious and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have both a bath and shower in the room. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel had good facilities including a gym and a restaurant/ bar. Very good location, only a few minutes from the tube and very near Tower Bridge, however was not too loud or busy. Overall, would definitely recommend this hotel!"
