"Orbitz didn't specify that the room I booked was for male only. So upon the check in, they said I had to get the only available room which was smoking room and paid more. Felt like got ripped off because Orbitz already used all of my Orbitz bucks on this reservation. The hotel is more like apartment building located FAR from central Tokyo. "We stayed here for 10 nights and the location was perfect! It was quite pricey compared to other hotels in Tokyo but for the space, location and amenities the price was worth it for us. It is directly connected to Tokyo Station which means a quick walk to the train and hundreds of restaurants. Our room was well equipped with pajamas, slippers and every toiletry you could want or need. We stayed in a suite so I don't know if every room came with the same amenities but we were happy. Everything was replinished daily. The breakfast buffet was great with a nice mix of Japanese and western dishes. They had a lovely espresso machine that I took advantage of every morning! My mom also had dinner at the restaurant 1 night and room service another and thoroughly enjoyed both. The concierge was helpful in arranging taxis, dinner reservations or any other outings you may be interested in. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Tokyo!"

"I can't recommend the Tobu Hotel Levant enough. The location is great, relatively quiet but still with lots to do. Very close to a train station so super easy to travel around Tokyo. There's also a convenient direct bus to Disneyland/Disneysea. We booked a triple room with two beds + sofa bed and it was a really good size with comfortable beds. Best of all was the incredible view of the Skytree we had on the 20th floor. We stayed for nearly two weeks and never got bored of the view. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet had lots of choice. There's plenty of nice places to eat on the road just outside the hotel and a familymart + 7/11 just seconds away from the lobby (and a Lawson just slightly further away)"

"We booked the Deluxe Triple Room and had a fantastic stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends and family based on the location and rooms alone. Pros: - Unbeatable Location: Right next to multiple stations, meaning fewer transfers. A huge highlight is being steps away from the Toei Asakusa Line (direct train to Haneda Airport), the Ginza Line, and the Tobu line for a quick trip to Tokyo Skytree. - Convenient Services: The hotel supports Airporter Same-Day Luggage Delivery as well as Yamato (Ta-Q-Bin) Next-Day Delivery, which made traveling seamless. - Spacious Room & Views: The room was very spacious with two large windows that offered tons of natural light and a great view of the Skytree. - Excellent Staff: The staff were friendly, spoke fluent English, and even accommodated an early check-in for us! - Surrounding Area: Right downstairs from shopping streets and several malls. There are endless food choices, konbinis (convenience stores), drugstores, and souvenir shops nearby. - Amenities: The Wi-Fi was strong, the temperature control worked well, and the new shower head was a great touch. Neutrals / Minor Cons: - Breakfast: The buffet was a bit small and felt a little lacking. - Room Layout: There is no proper closet space, though they make up for it with a coat rack and hooks near the door. - Bedding: The pillows weren't very comfortable, but the beds were firm (which we personally prefer)."
