Small very small but staff was helpful. Convenient and located across the street from the train station. Location is pretty far (35-60 mins) from all the main attractions in Tokyo, so be aware before booking.

The staff were very nice and accommodating, the rooms are small but have everything you need. There is a 7/11 right next to the hotel for food, as well as a small convince store in the hotel, that doesn’t charge outrageous prices. It’s also very close to Ayase station, which can get you just about anywhere, and isn’t very confusing or crowded. I loved the hotel and I love Ayase
