Checkin and checkout was seamless , early checkin now allowed since third party involved for key pickup 1 out of 3 Curtain was not available in the bedroom , causing bedroom exposed, shower room was leaking, but I am sure they will fix prior to next rent out. "Earlier communication for check in , as it was a work trip worried for my staff and them to get checked in. Noise next door was high yet my staff were not there to party. No one asked them to keep noise to acceptable late night level. My staff didn’t get home till after midnight and gone at 8 am "
